The process

Gravity die casting uses permanent metal moulds: aluminium is poured into dies designed for the component, ensuring a stable and repeatable process.

It is the right solution when production requires dimensional consistency and uniform quality throughout the supply.

The component then moves on to finishing and machining, up to delivery of the finished part.
