The process
Sand casting is the process that produces aluminium components from sand moulds built around the customer's design.
It suits complex geometries and production runs of different sizes, from prototypes to recurring supply, while keeping flexibility on the component design.
We follow the part from mould making to pouring, through to the following finishing and machining stages.
